Phoenix Factory is focused on women as agents of transformation.

Our mission is to protect the Earth and her inhabitants, particularly the children and the water.

SAFE HARBOR

There is a time for action

When to wait or wonder about safety or direction is passed

Your body, mind, and heart grow impatient

And you feel the pressure to move building

A sort of divine tension

I have been watching and waiting 

For my brothers and sisters 

Who are gathering the tools of this current and coming transformation 

We are ferrying our mother and her children across dangerous waters 

And we will reach the other side 

The route is not clear

Not all of us will get there

The key to our success is our ability to share our gifts

And to take care of each other 

We know how to do this

It is in our bones 

We have done it before

But it has never been more critical that we prevail 

We are awake now, and we will row this boat together into her safe harbor.
